ORDERING
Orders may be placed with Forever Always at anytime.
Please make sure all details are correct before proceeding as we will not be
responsible for items sent to the wrong address. You may than choose a payment
method. A confirmation email will be sent to your listed email address following
check out.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard and Direct Deposits. If
Direct deposits are not received within 3 days, orders will be cancelled.
Please note: There is a $10.00 minimum order charge.
PRICING
All prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars
and include GST
POSTAGE
** New policy... All orders will be shipped by Australia
Post. You may request another carrier, charges will apply.
All orders will be charged a flat rate of $6.50 per order,
unless otherwise specified per the larger shipping items. (within
Australia).
Express post and registered post available on request;
charges apply.
We recommend registering your parcel as Forever Always
will not be liable for lost parcels with any carrier.
Some larger items will have notes - saying that postage is
extra - this is charged at Australia post prices when shipped.
International orders these will be shipped at your cost - we will email with
shipping extra prices before sending parcel.
SHIPPING
All items will be shipped within 24 hours of confirmation

if items are required urgently. Our aim is to process orders within 24 hours
unless stated otherwise.
OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock (occasionally this can happen)
you may request a refund if the item will not be in stock within 5 working days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICIES
Forever Always will not refund if you change your mind.
However, we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note if there is a genuine
fault with an item within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact sales@foreveralways.com.au
within 48 hours of receiving the order to notify us of any faults with your
order .ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
and received within 21 days.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
All clearance items will not be refunded at all. Items
will only be available while stocks last. Free postage does not apply on these
items unless your order reaches $40 in non clearance items
